Distilled Spirits
- Only program of its kind, taught at an actual distillery
- Broad applications: food science, quality control, product design, operations, tourism
- Highly credible: Industry partnerships with Nearest Green and Jack Daniel’s
- Home to the world’s only 2-year degree teaching the Lincoln County process for spirits, core to Tennessee’s global recognition
- Seating is limited to 16, so prospects need to commit quickly
Electric Vehicles
- Teaches regenerative braking, high-voltage systems, electric propulsion
- Skills transfer beyond automative industry to aerospace, renewable energy, industrial tech
- This isn’t just a trend. Even as politics shape the headlines, consumer demand for battery-powered products continues to grow. Battery technology is transforming careers in every major industry
- There are very few EV degree programs, so these skills are hard to find
- Taught only in McMinnville
- Expected to receive Federal Financial Aid approval within months. Start by following a General Education that includes general course electives. You can change your major once it receives approval
Hospitality Management

- We are very intentionally recruiting in McMinnville and Fayetteville where we still have higher capacity
