Hospitality Management A.A.S.

The world is a big place, but a degree in Hospitality Management from Motlow State can make the world your workplace.

An Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management enables you to take a creative spin on the service industry and find careers in unique locales like country clubs, cruise ships, amusement parks, sports arenas, restaurants, and resorts.

Hospitality Management covers elements of food service, business management, travel, and tourism so that, through experiential learning, you can build a thriving career wherever life takes you. Our curriculum will teach you everything from curating an appealing tourism experience to operating a commercial kitchen. In only two years, you can be on your way to becoming an event coordinator, chef, cruise director, travel agent, and more.

Our program has four concentrations so that you can focus your skills on the area that most appeals to you:

  • Hotel Management
  • Culinary Arts
  • Food and Beverage

Along the way, you can even earn a ServSafe Food Handler certificate from the National Restaurant Association and a certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute that represents exceptional service.
