Bursar's Office

The Bursar’s Office provides tuition and fee information, disburses student refunds, and collects payments. Other services include third-party payment, deferred payment, student direct deposit, and fee waivers and discounts for those who qualify. We are responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees, and other college related charges; the disbursement of excess financial aid funding; and processing refunds due to overpayment’s, adding/dropping of classes, or college withdrawals of a student.

The mission of the Bursar's Office is to assist students to meet the financial responsibility for their education, focusing on financial integrity and accountability. We strive to provide these services in a friendly and professional manner to both the internal and external campus community.

Purchasing and Contracts Office

The Motlow State Purchasing Department provides services that include assisting faculty and administrative staff with purchasing information, providing details involving the purchase of supplies and equipment.

We provide Motlow faculty and staff with general guidelines for making purchases and online requisitions including a requisition for purchase and a check requisition. The Motlow Purchasing Manual and links to TBR and state policies regarding purchasing are also available.

The Motlow State Community College Purchasing Department is located on the Motlow campus in Tullahoma, Tennessee.
