Hospitality Management is a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree that teaches students about tourism, marketing, management, business, and maintaining industry regulations. A concentration in Culinary Arts adds training in cost control, purchasing, cooking, baking, nutrition, and sanitation so that you can be prepared to keep your kitchen tidy and successful.
