TENNESSEE PROMISE

Free Tuition Scholarships

The Tennessee Promise provides Tennessee high school graduates the opportunity to go to Motlow State tuition-free for a total of five semesters.


Tennessee Promise is a scholarship and a mentoring program providing the opportunity for Tennessee high school, home school, and GED graduates to attend Motlow tuition-free. To remain eligible, you are required to complete eight hours of community service prior to each semester, as well as maintain a 2.0 GPA. Promise students also receive individual guidance from their assigned mentor.

TENNESSEE RECONNECT

Free Tuition Scholarships

Tennessee Reconnect provides adults (23+) without a college degree the opportunity to attend Motlow State tuition-free.


Tennessee Reconnect is available to adult residents of Tennessee who have not completed an associate or bachelor’s degree. To qualify, be classified as an independent student, complete the FAFSA, complete the Reconnect application, be admitted to Motlow, be enrolled in at least six (6) hours of credit leading to the completion of a degree program, and not be in default status on student loans.

HONORS

The Honors Program provides an education experience of exceptional quality to high academic achievers.


The Honors Program will challenge you academically, create unique networking and learning opportunities, support you through your academic journey, and strengthen your 4-year transfer application. If you are a highly motivated student at Motlow State and plan on transferring to a four-year institution, consider the Honors Program to put you on the path to success.

VETERANS & MILITARY

You have served your country. Now Motlow is here to serve you.


Motlow's Veterans Affairs office helps assist veterans and eligible disabled veteran's dependents in requesting educational assistance from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
