Serve Your Community
Community service is an essential component of highly educated people. A student participating in the program must perform a minimum of eight community service hours per academic term before the beginning of each semester.
TN Promise Community Service Opportunities
You may choose any activity benefiting your community provided it fits within the guidelines set by their partnering organization, and it does not fall into one of the following categories:
- Community service performed before high school graduation
- Work resulting in payment or compensation of any kind
- Work directly benefiting family members
