Yaritza Gotay has been named Dean of Students at Motlow State Community College. A native of Juncos, Puerto Rico, Gotay started at Motlow on July 1.

Student Government Association
The Student Government Association (SGA) is an elected group of students representing the needs of Motlow's student body, led by a president elected by the entire student body.
SGA represents the student body at events on Motlow's campuses, including the college's Leadership Council. SGA is involved in planning and executing events on every campus, from Weeks of Welcome to finals week celebrations. All Motlow students are encouraged to attend SGA meetings and voice their concerns or ideas.

Graduation day is the culmination of your hard work. A degree from Motlow empowers you to advance to your next level.
You have a vast array of support services while you are a student at Motlow. All are designed to work together to assist you towards your goal. If that goal is graduation, then the time to start planning is when you enroll at Motlow. There are multiple steps required in addition to completing your coursework.

RECENT NEWS POSTS
Motlow State and TCAT McMinnville co-hosted an in-service training day for Warren County, White County, and Cannon County Career Technical Education directors, STEM teachers, and counselors on July 29 in McMinnville.
Motlow State Community College was recently recognized as a VETS Campus, according to the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, and pursuant to the Tennessee Veterans Education Transition Support (VETS) Act.
Student-athletes at Motlow State Community College are among the top academic performers in the nation. The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) announced its 2021-22 All-Academic teams in mid-July, and Motlow placed 13 student-athletes and one team on the list.
